Position Summary
The Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining clean, comfortable, and safe rooms. This position is essential in delivering the high standards of hospitality that Choice Hotels is known for.

Key Responsibilities
1. Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms or suites, including:
- Making beds and vacuuming
- Dusting and arranging furniture as needed
- Cleaning bathrooms thoroughly
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization in linen closets and supply areas.
3. Ensure all trash containers are emptied and replaced with fresh liners.
4. Restock essential items in guest rooms, such as toiletries and linens.
5. Address guest requests and complaints promptly, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
6. Ensure that all rooms are secured upon leaving.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or housekeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
