Baylor University Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join their Neurology team. This 12hr Nights x3 shift position offers 36 scheduled hours, providing an excellent work-life balance.

About the Role:

This Registered Nurse - Neurology position involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and a passion for working with patients and families affected by neurological disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in neurology nursing.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (BSN or higher) from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
