About the Job

We are seeking an experienced FOH Expo to join our team at Corner Bakery.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food items for guests.
  • Work closely with line employees to ensure accurate and efficient ordering and serving processes.
  • Return any food items that do not meet quality or temperature standards.
  • Prepare food items such as soups, salads, desserts, beverages, and condiments.
  • Stock and set the expo line throughout the shift.
  • Prepare trays and cook soups as needed.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to guest requests and needs.
  • Support company initiatives and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to complete CBC driver training and maintain a valid driver's license with insurance.
  • State Food Handler card/ServSafe certification as applicable.
  • Minimum of 3 months' work experience in a guest service capacity, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a Point of Sale system.
