Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans to meet established output targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery of complex products
- Define and maintain safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Interface with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide performance feedback to line management and coach team members in maintaining a safe work environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, applied sciences, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in complex system integration and engineering activities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary range: $106,500-177,500
