Position Summary:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will deliver applied behavior analysis services, including conducting functional assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing parent training for children aged 2-12 years.

In this role, you will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on your caseload, ensuring the effective implementation of programming and documentation standards. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation and execution of agency training initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of BCBA certification.
  • Licensed as a Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience in home-based settings.
  • Strong skills in behavior management, communication, and organization.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing agency training on topics such as Applied Behavior Analysis and parent training.
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior strategies to promote positive behavior and reduce maladaptive actions.
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to paraprofessional staff.
  • Create individualized behavior and treatment plans focused on skill development.
  • Utilize electronic systems for data collection and maintain communication with team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 annually.
