Purpose

As a key member of our team, the Project Manager I Installed Support will work closely with clients to manage installation projects from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate installation projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards are met and projects are progressing as planned.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the project and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Review installation orders and schedules to identify resources needed to complete the project on time.
  • Monitor and resolve issues to minimize costs and prevent delays.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Compile and analyze production data to inform project decisions.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
