Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Floor Operations Manager to join our team at Sonrava Health. Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 8-12 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and productivity.
  • Patient Management: Partner with dentists to ensure patients receive excellent pre- and post-treatment instructions, and work to resolve any patient concerns or issues.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Monitor patient flow, review sign-in sheets and appointment books, and make adjustments to the schedule as needed to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including OSHA, Dental Board, and corporate procedures.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Maintain accurate records of dental supplies and inventory, and ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked and available.
  • Leadership and Communication: Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to achieve exceptional results, and communicate effectively with dentists, patients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
