Job Title: Hospital Security Officer

Join Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, as a Hospital Security Officer. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our healthcare customer's premises and protecting staff, members, and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveillance and patrol the premises to detect and prevent suspicious activity.
  • Observe and report incidents, providing customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Screen members, visitors, and client employees to expedite their admittance to the facility.
  • Respond to emergencies, such as fires, medical emergencies, and inclement weather, with calm urgency.
  • May also include patient escort, patient watch, and providing safety escort.
Requirements:
  • Prior work experience involving customer service, troubleshooting, and managing stressful situations.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.
