Roadside Assistance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team at AAA Club Alliance. As a key member of our roadside assistance team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our members, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, and tire change services using established guidelines and quality control procedures.
- Selling and installing car batteries.
- Communicating with members effectively to keep them informed and to ensure their safety.
- Making sound decisions regarding the safe service of vehicles and to accommodate member needs.
- Entering call information accurately into in-truck technology, processing payments, handling cash, and completing reports as required.
- Conducting vehicle and equipment inspections, ensuring that all are in safe operating condition and that all requirements are met.
Requirements include:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state where you reside; and maintain all state and local licensing requirements.
- Ability to pass a physical examination as required by Department of Transportation and/or Company policy.
- 3 years of experience in an automotive/mechanical environment, or technical school, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and/or customer service role is preferred.
