Job Summary

As a Delivery Driver at Jimmy John's, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products. Your primary goal will be to get the customer's order to them as quickly as possible, while also ensuring that everything is accounted for and that you are safe and law-abiding while on the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Learn and optimize delivery routes to minimize delivery time
  • Double-check orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Work in the shop while not on the road to maintain a high level of productivity

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
