Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills to support our speech therapists in providing high-quality services to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech therapy principles and practices, as well as experience working with bilingual students.
Salary Information
The salary for this position is $38-$42 per hour, depending on experience. This competitive compensation package reflects the value we place on attracting and retaining top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support speech therapists in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering interventions to students
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- 1+ year of experience working in a speech therapy setting
- Strong understanding of bilingual education principles and practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
