Job Title: Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at The Arora Group. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Qualifications:
  • Current RN licensure in any of the 50 states or US territories.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • 1 year of experience in an ICU or MICU setting.
  • ACLS certification required.
