Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract top talent, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for our clients.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hire, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Requirements
