Overview

At Select Medical, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes. As a PPS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient data.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate the collection and review of patient assessment data to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues related to Section GG scoring

* Conduct ongoing review of patient data to identify trends and areas for improvement

* Work closely with the PPS Manager to ensure accurate and timely completion of patient assessments

Qualifications

* Current state licensure in nursing (RN) or allied health profession (PT, OT, SLP) required

* Minimum of two years experience in rehabilitation or a closely related field required

* Experience with ICD 10 coding preferred

* Experience with IRH-PPS preferred
