  • Troubleshooting Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting skills, with a talent for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently across a variety of systems and technologies.
  • Networking Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of TCP/IP, data protocols, and networking concepts to maintain and optimize network operations.
  • Prioritization and Multitasking: Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, enabling effective problem-solving under pressure.
  • Attitude and Interest: A great attitude toward work, a keen interest in technology, especially in applying real-world cybersecurity solutions, and a strong desire to continuously learn and apply new concepts.
