Job Overview

Oak Hill sets the standard in providing services and solutions promoting independence, education, health, and dignity. As a Residential Program Worker, you will be part of a team that empowers individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work 16 hours/week at Oak Hill's Farmington location, Fridays and Saturdays from 11pm to 7am. You will provide a range of services for individuals based on their needs, including personal care, domestic household services, and community activities.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record data to ensure program maintenance and evaluation, meeting all relevant policies, procedures, licensing, and certification regulations.
  • Maintain program participants' cleanliness, comfort, and well-being by facilitating self-help and daily living skills.
  • Prepare materials for program-related activities or projects as needed.
  • Promote and encourage self-administration of prescription and non-prescription medications, documenting administration and any errors.
  • Apply Emergency First Aid and CPR procedures as needed.
  • Treat information regarding program participants with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and complying with all applicable policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least age 18
  • Valid driver's license
