Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Adventist HealthCare Imaging. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in capturing high-quality images to aid in the diagnosis of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer magnetic resonance imaging to diagnose medical problems in patients
  • Operate MRI scanning machines to capture images of patients' bodies
  • Follow up with physicians to assess images and determine if additional images are needed
  • Work closely with patients to ensure they are prepared and comfortable before and during procedures
  • Take patients' medical histories and answer their questions
  • Position patients for scanning and shield areas of the body that do not need to be examined
  • Keep patients' medical records and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
  • Evidence of current AHA BLS credential
  • One year of current MRI tech experience
  • Graduate of an accredited program for MRI tech/certificate programs/Associate's programs Clinical Internship
