Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Labor & Delivery Nurse to join our team at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. As a Labor & Delivery Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor & Delivery setting, striving to provide patients with an individualized care plan through assessment and planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome each perinatal patient to the L&D Unit and promote a feeling of security in the care they will receive.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
- Perform nursing duties as needed in the continuum of care for all areas of Maternal Child health.
- Participate in process improvement efforts and activities for the department.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or Adv Life Spt Obstetrics, or Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- Past RN experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center is a full-service hospital with 318+ patient beds, serving southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana. We have the region's only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for critically ill children and the only Burn Center in the state of Idaho.
