We are seeking a highly skilled Neuro Anesthesiologist to join our team at West Virginia University Medical Corporation dba University Health Associates. As a Neuro Anesthesiologist, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care in the areas of neuro anesthesiology.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will practice in the areas of neuro anesthesiology, providing excellent patient care and being actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. The candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Successful candidates must have completed anesthesiology residency program, as well as a neuroanesthesia fellowship program, and be board certified / eligible in anesthesiology.
About Our DepartmentWVU Anesthesiology has the largest anesthesia practice in the state, and is the only anesthesiology residency-training program. The department has more than 150 credentialed clinicians, with major divisions including cardiovascular, pediatric, neuro, ambulatory anesthesia and pain medicine. The department and institution are growing, and plan to add clinicians during the next year.
