Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Stocker to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock cases of merchandise onto shelves for order selectors, ensuring accurate and efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Read merchandise orders from a RF unit, which will include item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.
  • Select and prepare needed cases of product, cutting box tops and plastic from inner packaging as required.
  • Move boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds) using safe lifting techniques, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Monitor day-to-day warehouse activities and operation flows, escalating any exceptions or safety concerns to immediate supervisors for swift resolution.
  • Maintain consistent cleanliness of all work zones at the end of each shift, adhering to departmental quality standards.
  • Work to maintain a safe working environment by consistently following safety guidelines and adhering to warehouse safety standards and requirements.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure working areas and aisles are clear of debris, maximizing safety standards and reducing accidents.
  • Cross train in other warehouse tasks when needed.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Physical requirements include constantly standing, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
  • Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
