We are currently looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and selecting exceptional talent to meet our organizational growth targets. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to identify talent needs, devise sourcing strategies, and oversee the complete recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, outstanding sourcing abilities, and a strong enthusiasm for engaging with top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define talent requirements, job specifications, and candidate qualifications for various roles within the organization.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural compatibility.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating onsite interviews.
  • Develop and sustain a robust candidate pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates.
  • Provide support and advice to hiring managers throughout the selection and decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with the Director of People Operations and Hiring Managers to create competitive and appealing job offers.
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of candidate interactions, feedback, and progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment, sharing insights with the team.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to enhance and streamline the hiring process.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing and attracting high-caliber talent through various channels and methods.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Previous experience in recruiting for aerospace positions.
  • Strong awareness of competitive market trends.
  • Experience with innovative sourcing techniques, including tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Google X-Ray.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of unconscious bias and strategies to enhance inclusion efforts.
