Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at BlazerJobs. As an RBT, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver personalized therapy sessions in school settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and classroom support to students with developmental disabilities.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by our experienced BCBA.
  • Maintain thorough session records and create a nurturing, supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with students with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
