Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation and Guest Service: Provide legendary service to each guest, answer questions, recommend and select merchandise, and anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
  • Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: Recognize recruiting opportunities, develop skills, and assist in leading, directing, motivating, and educating new teammates.
  • Visual Merchandise Management: Own and influence product through zone ownership, recognize and assign zones and projects to teammates, and confirm teammates are following visual standards.
  • Operations: Work a flexible schedule, understand and utilize the planner, watch for and recognize security risks, and follow all loss prevention guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom.
