We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee both manufacturing and non-manufacturing personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and be able to facilitate daily shift operations, including training, planning, and performance appraisals.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily shift operations, including training, planning, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and OSHA required safety procedures, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate issues involving hourly employees and monitor production equipment for maximum performance.
  • Oversee personnel for performance and adherence to procedure.
  • Enforce production, quality, material handling, and housekeeping standards.
  • Apply process improvements and record labor, scrap, and finished parts to maintain inventory.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in automotive operations management is preferred.
  • High energy and experience in inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
