Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Coordination: Provide leadership and coordination of nursing care on a designated unit, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care.

- Certifications: Current certification in a relevant specialty, such as Telemetry or Critical Care.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
