Job Title: PT Night Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized PT Night Auditor to join our team at Ascent Hospitality. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Balance accounts from day shift, record daily financial transactions, and post credit card charges.
  • Customer Service: Welcome guests, assign rooms, and respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk activity, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and communicate with hotel housekeeping staff.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update all official documentation pertaining to the role.
  • Communication: Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities to guests and other departments.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school education or equivalent is required. Some college preferred.
  • Experience: Six (6) months related experience or training preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to understand and speak English, and familiarity with computer operation and office equipment.
Working Conditions:

The Night Auditor will work independently on shift, with occasional team collaboration. The role requires standing for long periods, using arms and hands repetitively, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The Night Auditor must be able to work the overnight hours beginning at 10:00-11:00 pm and maintain alertness and attentiveness for a minimum of eight (8) hours.
