Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Support: Provide individualized supervision and support to clients, ensuring their basic needs are met and promoting a safe and healthy environment.
- Model Positive Behavior: Demonstrate positive behavior and effective problem-solving techniques, serving as a role model for our clients.
- Case Management: Utilize case management software to complete incident reports, case notes, and other essential documentation related to clients.
- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation, including incident reports and case notes.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings to develop strategies that address problem areas and meet the needs of individual clients.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or related field preferred. Two years of experience working with disturbed, disabled, or behavior-disordered youth.
- Skills and Qualifications: Basic computer competency, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance for transporting youth. Ability to work effectively with youth with emotional and behavioral problems, and to understand and implement a treatment/behavioral plan.
- Competitive Pay: $20/hour
- Flexible Scheduling: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm, and Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7am
