We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Total Rewards to join our Compensation Team at H-E-B. Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the work of Compensation Advisors and enterprise programs
- Develop and implement large and complex compensation programs for multiple clients
- Consult with the HRIS Team on HRIS process, system enhancements, and technology solutions
- Lead and participate in multi-discipline teams to drive strategic direction and policy development
- Provide subject matter expertise on H-E-B's compensation philosophy and strategy
- 9+ years of experience in Compensation or HR, including leadership experience
