We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Total Rewards to join our Compensation Team at H-E-B. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with our company's philosophy of putting People First.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the work of Compensation Advisors and enterprise programs
  • Develop and implement large and complex compensation programs for multiple clients
  • Consult with the HRIS Team on HRIS process, system enhancements, and technology solutions
  • Lead and participate in multi-discipline teams to drive strategic direction and policy development
  • Provide subject matter expertise on H-E-B's compensation philosophy and strategy
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in Compensation or HR, including leadership experience
  • Expertise in Excel data-modeling and PC skills, including MS Office and HRIS
  • Advanced analytical, project management, and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and collaborative work-style
