We are seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our small production shift. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mixing doughs and baking, as well as leadership skills to supervise the team. Experience with Jamaican products is a plus, but not required.Key Responsibilities

• Mixing doughs and baking according to recipes
• Supervising the production shift and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Leading and motivating the team to achieve high-quality results

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in a commercial bakery
• Excellent knowledge of mixing doughs and baking techniques
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
