Role Overview:
As a vital member of our management team, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to enhance a customer-centric sales culture, uphold visual merchandising standards, and foster engagement among team members.
- Evaluate market trends, leverage analytical tools, and proactively address business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities in Freight Operations:
- Manage store logistics processes to align with company goals and enhance productivity.
- Implement logistical procedures, visual standards, and stocking practices through effective training and resources.
- Strategically plan and execute logistics workloads, maintaining stockroom organization and educating the team on merchandising practices.
- Coordinate signage and graphics, oversee inventory management, and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership capabilities, a focus on customer experience, meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective delegation.
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a retail setting is preferred.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary, must be at least 21 years old, and capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
