We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Usher at The Marcus Corporation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily maintenance duties and stock supplies to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, helpful, and fast in responding to guest needs.
  • Monitor auditoriums to ensure high-quality standards and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests.
  • Assist with crowd control and seating to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the theatre, including restrooms and common areas.
  • Follow established safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for our guests and staff.
  • Respond promptly to security calls and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality and provide a welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Be flexible with your work schedule to meet the needs of the theatre.
  • Be passionate about delivering quality service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Have the physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting light equipment.

Requirements

  • No minimum education required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
