Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front of House Night Shift Lead to join our team at Cubby's LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing cash handling and cashier duties, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, expediting food preparation, and providing exceptional customer service. We offer a competitive wage package that includes regular raises, aggressive increases for motivated team members, and discounted meals. The estimated salary range for this position is $16-$19 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
