This position requires a self-motivated professional who is enthusiastic about working with patients to improve their functionality and independence.
The Occupational Therapist will assess and evaluate patient care needs, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to enhance patient wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine treatment needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient functionality and independence
- Provide interventions to enhance patient wellbeing and safety
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Qualifications:
- Occupational Therapist license and registration
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual skills a plus
