About the Job: As a seasoned professional in maintenance and utilities, you will provide technical expertise and support for developing, designing, implementing, and maintaining mechanical and production systems. Your primary goal is to improve production efficiency, plant reliability, reduce manufacturing costs, and enhance safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to optimize asset care strategies. Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies, resulting in zero harm to employees, contractors, and the environment. Develop cost reduction initiatives focusing on project execution, maintenance excellence tools, predictive, and preventive techniques. Manage competent and efficient manpower, storeroom, and spare parts management. Implement effective turnaround strategies to minimize plant outages and lower costs.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess a B.S. degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, with 5-10 years of relevant industry experience. Previous management experience and proficiency in CMMS and SAP Maintenance Module are essential. You should have excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
