Automotive Parts Specialist

Barton Ford, a family-owned and managed dealership in Suffolk, VA, is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and purchasing correct parts and accessories, processing orders efficiently, maintaining organized inventory, and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in an automotive parts counter position preferred; 1 year required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive-related coursework or certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Ford parts and systems is a plus
