About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to support our General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer in delivering exceptional legal services to our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, document preparation, and review, as well as experience in case management and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize case files, recording documents and exhibits in connection with ongoing claims, litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory demands.
  • Coordinate with clients and other parties involved in legal matters, gathering information and maintaining client relationships.
  • Review responses to requests for proposals, engagement letters, and other contracts.
  • Assist in intake and evaluation of internal personnel investigations.
  • Draft memoranda of understanding, independent contractor agreements, separation agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Support M&A due diligence and contract review processes.
  • Manage litigation hold processes.
  • Implement process and workflow improvement programs.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Paralegal certificate preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience as a paralegal required, with experience in a professional services firm environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and research methods.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000
