BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team as a Per Diem Physical Therapist. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes and senior living communities.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to address clients' physical therapy needs.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
- Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote clients' independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and thoroughly.
- A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
- A minimum of one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
