Pharmacy Clerk

As a Pharmacy Clerk at Omnicell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a calm and empathetic manner.
- Operate and maintain the point-of-sales system, prescription bins, and storage and shipping of medications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in the processing of prescriptions, verifying patient information and medication details to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or medical office environment.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures; ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
