  • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
  • Provide insights on customer and employee experiences, communicating feedback to Store Leadership.
Visual and Business Operations
  • Understand the impact of service and selling on every shift to drive store business.
  • Support the shipment process, gaining awareness of new products and restocks, and contributing to omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels.
  • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards, focusing on the customer experience and staying current on merchandising updates.
Requirements

Starting pay is USD $16.00/Hr. Please note that full-time roles may be eligible for the Sales Bonus Program, which may result in a higher total compensation range.
