The Clinical Training/Education Specialist at CosignMed will be responsible for promoting and supporting an innovative fluid management device designed for patients experiencing sepsis and septic shock. This role operates on a PRN/1099 basis, requiring travel to various healthcare facilities for device introduction, training, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to healthcare facilities to facilitate the introduction, training, and implementation of the device.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure a superior clinical experience.
  • Contribute to organizational development by advocating for advanced management strategies for critically ill patients.
  • Evaluate educational needs, conduct training sessions, and provide tailored instruction to clinical personnel.
  • Exhibit expertise in the device's application, serving as a resource for healthcare providers and patients.
  • Establish and uphold standards of practice for the device to guarantee exceptional care and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in critical care, emergency medicine, telemetry, or step-down units is required.
  • A valid Nursing or Physician Assistant license is mandatory.
  • Advanced clinical expertise is essential.
  • Willingness to travel within designated territories, including 2-3 overnight stays, is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher is preferred.
  • A background in cardiopulmonary care is advantageous.
  • Must demonstrate autonomy and the ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, integrity, and excellent communication abilities are necessary.
  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills are highly valued.
  • Analytical skills to independently gather and interpret data are required.
  • A quick aptitude for mastering technology is essential.
