Job Summary:

As a Pediatric Registered Nurse at Virtua, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to children and their families. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized plans of care that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.

- Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and well-being.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to make informed clinical decisions and provide exceptional patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, individual care needs, and wellness strategies.

- Delegate and supervise care provided by other members of the nursing department and healthcare team.

Educational Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid NJ RN License and demonstrate knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, and standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate efforts with a team of care providers are essential.
