Job Responsibilities: The Administrator/Facility Director will be responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of the program, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, timely completion of reporting requirements, and maintenance of quality improvement activities. The successful candidate will also support all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing potential referral sources.

Key Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, RN, or a field related to mental health, as well as a minimum of five years' experience in a clinical setting, at least one year of which must have been in a mental health setting, and two or more years in a supervisory capacity. Regulatory experience and knowledge of CARF standards and crisis stabilization criteria are also required.
