We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiver to join our team at the IPEX Group of Companies. This role will be based out of our Injection Molding plant located in Pineville, NC.
Key Responsibilities- Process and handle stock in and out of the production plant while maintaining a high understanding and practice of 5S.
- Verify received contents, correct items, and ensure no items are damaged.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory of items and their location in the plant.
- Complete knowledge and utilization of the RF system, SAP, and Infoflo.
- Perform and document forklift start-up procedure.
- Load and unload trucks and receive product with limited supervision.
- May have to contact designated shipping companies to schedule a pickup when needed.
- Perform cycle counts as necessary.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
- Forklift License required.
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with logistics and 5S.
- Experience with SAP required.
- Experience within a Parts Room/knowledge of parts inventory control.
- Requires a high degree of mobility and involves considerable routine walking, standing for long periods, reaching, twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting to 50-75 lbs.
- Fast-paced environment where a considerable amount of sensory attention is required.
- Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat or cold, dust, noise levels, and the use of forklift and sharp tools.
