Overview:
Join our team as a Paramedic Technician and become an integral part of our emergency response unit. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional medical assistance and care.
Compensation:
Starting pay is $23.50+ per hour, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine the necessary medical interventions and provide emergency care using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, treatment provided, and ensure confidentiality and respect for patient rights.
  • Uphold a safe, organized, and well-equipped environment for patient care.
  • Utilize essential EMT skills, including effective communication, operation of medical equipment, and adherence to cleaning protocols.
  • Operate emergency vehicles in compliance with safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Collaborate professionally with fellow EMTs and other healthcare and public safety personnel.
Additional Duties:
  • Engage in community outreach programs to enhance the image of AMR and foster strong community relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • State EMT certification.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Driving record must comply with company policy.
  • Successful completion of the Physical Ability Test (PAT).
  • Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
