Job Summary:

This is a travel Physical Therapist position in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adult and geriatric patients and be able to provide high-quality physical therapy services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Active California Physical Therapist license.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Covid vaccine card.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
