We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at GHH Nights. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients with moderate to severe psychiatric concerns and/or behavioral issues.
Responsibilities- Observe and record patient information pertinent to the treatment plan and report to the Staff Registered Nurse.
- Escort and monitor patient activities and attend to their personal needs.
- Physically assist patients, deal with patient emergencies, and work as a member of the clinical team.
- Respond to escalated situations calmly and follow hospital procedures in de-escalation and/or restraint.
You will work in close contact with patients who have moderate to severe psychiatric concerns and/or behavioral issues. There is a possibility of exposure to violent behavior from patients and/or infectious diseases as part of your daily duties.
