Float Pool Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA. As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will provide safe and competent nursing care to patients in various units, including Critical Care, while demonstrating exceptional leadership and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
- Lead and support the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Rotate through various units to cover staffing needs and provide maximum flexibility.
- Utilize discretion and independent judgment to apply the nursing process and provide age-specific and developmentally appropriate quality patient care.
- Exhibit flexibility by rotating within the cluster for those units you have obtained competency.
- Current California RN license and BLS (CPR) Certificate required.
- ACLS required for ICU, PCU, PACU, and ED, plus PALS required for ICU-ED-PACU cluster.
- Successfully pass a telemetry rhythm test as part of the pre-employment requirement.
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 90 days of hire required.
