Project Coordinator
Newstone, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a project coordinator. Our organization is dedicated to the provision and installation of frames, doors, hardware, and essential components within the commercial industry. In this role, you will support senior management with various project-related tasks, including order processing, communication with suppliers and clients, and monitoring material inventory. Additionally, you will be tasked with addressing pricing inconsistencies with vendor representatives and estimating material expenses for project proposals. Familiarity with standard office software is essential, and a readiness to learn industry-specific applications is advantageous. This entry-level position provides pathways for advancement into project management roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster positive and professional relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team members
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Assist senior management with order processing, vendor and client communications, and material tracking
  • Ensure accurate documentation and organization of both physical and digital records
  • Coordinate the delivery and installation of materials with office and installation teams
  • Respond promptly and courteously to requests, feedback, and other tasks
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers
  • Meet project deadlines efficiently

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education or certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in modern office technology and software, including Microsoft Office
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work systematically to completion
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment

Compensation
$20.00 per hour, based on relevant experience
