- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments, coordinate patient care needs, and implement evidence-based care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
