Carpentry Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Carpentery Specialist to join our team in Belle Plaine, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to advance their career in construction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing high-quality buildings from foundation to exterior finish work. This includes installing footings, framing, and building accessories, as well as sheathing the structure.

• Construct high-quality buildings from foundation to exterior finish work
• Install footings, framing, and building accessories
• Sheath the structure
• Perform basic framing to exterior finish work

• Previous carpentry experience or the strong desire to learn
• Knowledge and experience using hand tools, power tools, and various construction equipment
• Experience in post-frame construction is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as a team member
• Willingness to comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work at various heights
• Ability to bend, stoop, and pickup product from various elevations
• Ability to work in various types of weather conditions
